No Annual Shipping Fees. No Shipping Charges. No Minimum Purchase. The only time we charge you a shipping and handling fee is when you want the item shipped to you expedited. We only ship our items to addresses in US and US protectorates. We now ship to global locations, however, shipping and handling fees apply for international deliveries.
In the event that your order does not arrive in time please contact us immediately. We will take full responsibility and open an investigation to ensure that you receive your item. However, please note that if the tracking number reveals that the order was delivered but you did not receive it, we strongly recommend that you contact the shipping provider. We can open an investigation on your behalf but usually under such circumstances, because the tracking ID shows that the item has been delivered, there is not much the carrier will do for us.
